The Thailand Privilege Card program, formerly known as Thailand Elite, offers long-term residency privileges in Thailand to its members. Categorized under the Tourist Visa (Privilege Entry “PE”), this program allows residency in Thailand for periods ranging from 5 to 20 years, depending on the membership level.

Advantage
- 5-20-year Renewable Multiple Entry Visa: This visa allows multiple entries into the country and can be renewed for periods ranging from 5 to 20 years. Each stay can be extended for an additional year.
- Points Redemption: The program offers points that can be redeemed for various benefits and privileges.
- VIP Greeting and Escort: Personal Assistants provide VIP greeting and escort services upon arrival and departure for international flights.
- Fast-track Immigration: Exclusive fast-track services for immigration and passport control are provided upon arrival and departure.
- Round-Trip Limousine: Some selected programs include round-trip limousine services.
- Miracle Arrival and Departure Lounges: Access to exclusive arrival and departure lounges is provided.
- Government Concierge Services: Extensive government concierge services are available for business networking and immigration assistance.
- Facilitation of Driver’s License and Bank Account: Assistance is provided for obtaining a driver’s license and opening a bank account with foreign currency.
- No Medical Insurance Requirement: There is no requirement for medical insurance.
- Special Discounts: Special discounts are available at selected partners, including duty-free shops, hotels, restaurants, and shopping malls.
Requirements
- Membership Fee: The membership fee starts from THB 900,000 (including VAT) for a duration of 5 years.
- Citizenship Requirement: Applicants must not hold Thai citizenship.
- Bankruptcy History: Applicants must not have been involved in bankruptcy proceedings.
- Criminal Record: Applicants must have a clean criminal record.
- Visa Record: Applicants must not have a record of Non-Education, Volunteer, or Medical Visas.
- Overstay Record: Applicants should not have overstayed their visa more than once.
- Significant Overstay: Applicants should not have a history of significant overstays during previous trips to Thailand.
Process
- Processing Time: The entire process, from document submission to becoming a member, typically takes around 1-3 months.
- Visa Collection Options: Visas can be collected upon (i) arrival from an international flight, (ii) Thai Consulates overseas, or (iii) the Immigration Department in Bangkok.
- Application Fee: Starting from January 1, 2024, an application fee of THB 50,000 will be applicable for submissions.
