Advantage
- 5-Year Multiple Entry Visa: Allows a stay of 180 days per entry, with the possibility to extend for an additional 180 days.
- Family Inclusion: Spouses and children under 20 years old can be included in the visa.
- Visa Flexibility: Holders can change the type of visa within Thailand.
- No Work Permit Required: No work permit is required for the DTV visa if applicant is working under the Workcation and are employed by non-Thai entities.
Requirements
- Age: Applicants must be at least 20 years old.
- Financial Evidence: Proof of financial stability with a minimum balance
of 500,000 THB. - Employment Documentation: An employment contract, employment
certificate, or a professional portfolio demonstrating the applicant’s status as a digital nomad, remote worker, foreign talent, or freelancer. - Proof of Current Location: Document indicating the applicant’s current residence.
- Application Fee: 10,000 THB.

* The process is online and an e-visa will be delivered. The applicant must enter Thailand to activate it. Accordingly, an applicant already in Thailand will need to exit Thailand and fly back to activate the visa.
