- Qualifying Ownership Share: Investors can purchase a ‘qualifying’
share of ownership. - Investment Sum: USD 220,000.
- Trusted Developer: Range Developments with a proven track record in the Caribbean.
- Personal Use Benefit: Entitled to 1 week of free personal use per year, redeemable in various hotels during construction.
- Construction Status: Construction commenced in May 2022.

Process (8-12 months)
- Fee Payment: Payment of application, deposit, and due diligence fees.
- Due Diligence: Completion of due diligence process.
- Submission of Application: Submit completed forms and required
documents. - Financial Approval: Submission to Grenada Bank for financial approval.
- Investment Transfer: Transfer of investment amount to Grenada.
- Citizenship Issuance: Issuance of Grenadian citizenship documents and passports within one month after receiving written approval.
