Investment Types

  1. The Donation Option:
    • Minimum Contribution:
      • USD 150,000 for a single applicant
      • USD 200,000 for applicant and up to 3 dependents
      • USD 25,000 for each additional dependent
  2. The Real Estate Option (Direct Purchase):
    • Purchase authorized real estate with a minimum value of USD
      350,000, held for at least five years.
  3. The Real Estate Option (Share Investment):
    • Purchase a share in authorized real estate with a minimum value of USD 220,000, held for at least five years.

Additional fees apply, including Due Diligence, Application, Processing fees,
and other Government fees.

Process (3-6 months)

  • Document Preparation and Submission: Prepare required documents,
    submit via an authorized agent, and pay due diligence and government fees.
  • Investment and Remaining Fees: Upon approval-in-principle, complete the required investment and pay remaining government fees.
  • Passport Issuance: Passport issued upon approval of citizenship.
