Process
- Submit the application online
- Result notification within 20 working days
- Health insurance: Minimum USD 50,000 coverage in Thailand or
social security benefits for treatment in Thailand, or a
deposit of at least USD 100,000 in saving account (USD 25,000 per dependent). - Thailand long term LTR Visa application within 60 days from the issuance date of the endorsement letter
- Government Processing fee of 50,000 Baht per person in the application
Requirements
- Wealthy Global Citizens:
- Assets: Minimum USD 1 million
- Investment: Minimum USD 500,000
- Wealthy Pensioners:
- Age requirement: Over 50 and retired
- Personal income: Minimum USD 80,000 annually
- For income between USD 40,000 and USD 80,000 annually: Minimum investment of USD 250,000
- Work-from-Thailand Professionals
- Personal income: Minimum USD 80,000 annually in the past 2 years
- For income between USD 40,000 and USD 80,000 annually in the past 2 years: Require a Master’s degree, intellectual property ownership, or Series A funding
- A public company listed on a stock exchange in any country
- A private company with at least 3 years of operationand combined revenue of USD 50 million in the last 3 years (a wholly owned subsidiary may use its parent company’s financials)
- Highly-Skilled Professionals
- Personal income: Minimum USD 80,000 annually in the past 2 years
- For income between USD 40,000 and USD 80,000 annually in the past 2 years or before retirement: Require a Master’s degree in science and technology or special expertise
- Employment: With a domestic, or employment in higher
education, research, specialized training, or Thai government agency
