The France Talent Passport for Investors and Business Creation offers entrepreneurs a fast-track immigration process with two investment programs. Participants can obtain renewable residency cards for themselves and their families within three months. Requirements
- Financial Resources: Provide evidence of financial resources equal
to the French annual minimum wage. - Startup Project Creation: Create an innovative startup project and
incorporate a legal entity in France. - Selection by Designated Incubator: Be selected by a designated
incubator in France and approved by the relevant government
agency (DIRECCTE). - Proof of Source of Funds: Provide proof of the source of funds used
for investment.
Investment
- Investor option: make an investment of EUR 300,000 that creates or saves jobs in France
- Legal Representative: set-up a reasonably capitalized subsidiary in France and appoint yourself as legal representative/corporate officer
- Business creation option: investment of EUR 30,000 by a founder holding a qualification equivalent to a master’s degree or who is able to attest to at least five years’ professional experience in this field
Process
- Application Submission: Submit the completed application forms and
required documents. - Visa Grant and Entry to France: The French Consulate of the
applicant’s country of residence will grant successful applicants and
dependents with a 3-month Talent Passport visa. Applicant and
dependents shall enter France within this 3-month period. - Residence Card Issuance: Competent local Prefecture will issue the
Passport Talent 4-year Residence Card in France.- Processing Time: Approximately 2 months.
