- Outstanding Achievements: Must demonstrate internationally recognized achievements and be prominent in your field.
- Nomination: Must be nominated by an eligible individual or organization in Australia who is prominent in the same field as the applicant.
- High Income Threshold: Must earn or demonstrate the ability to earn an income at the Australian high-income threshold (AUD 183,100 as of July 2025).
- Proficiency in English: Must demonstrate a high level of English proficiency.
